3+ years of experience in commercial construction estimating Proficient in estimating software (e.g., Bluebeam, PlanSwift, or similar) Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and building codes Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple estimates under tight deadlines What's on Offer
