FSV Alliance Manager

We are seeking a driven and strategic Financial Services Vertical (FSV) Alliance Manager to lead and grow Trintech's global ecosystem of Technology Providers (ISVs) and Service Providers within the Financial Services sector. This individual will play a critical role in shaping and scaling our vertical partner strategy by driving joint value creation, go-to-market alignment, and partner engagement across our targeted partner landscape. You will report directly to the Chief Partner Officer and work closely with the VP & GM of the Financial Services Vertical to ensure that alliance strategies and activities are fully aligned with the vertical's growth goals, product strategy, and customer success objectives. Key Responsibilities Identify, evaluate, and recruit strategic FSV partners to grow our ecosystem's industry alignment. Develop joint value propositions, integration plans, and GTM motions tailored to the needs of financial services clients. Lead the business planning process with key partnersdefining goals, KPIs, marketing campaigns, and sales enablement plans. Relationship Management Serve as the primary relationship manager for partnerships in the FSV space. Cultivate executive relationships, influence partner roadmaps, and advocate for Trintech's strategic importance within the partner ecosystem. Act as an internal champion for partner initiatives, ensuring alignment with marketing, product, field sales, and other supporting functions. Go-To-Market & Enablement Collaborate with Trintech's Marketing, Product Marketing, and Sales Enablement teams to build joint GTM programs, field messaging, and training content. Drive partner involvement in key FSV accounts and vertical opportunitiesensuring that the partner ecosystem accelerates pipeline and deal velocity. Organize co-marketing efforts such as webinars, solution briefs, industry events, and executive roundtables. Execution & Measurement Track and report on partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline and revenue. Manage QBRs and joint scorecards to measure progress and identify optimization opportunities. Leverage partner feedback to guide continuous improvement in partner engagement models. Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities 5+ years in alliances, channel management, or strategic partnershipspreferably with a focus on technology ecosystems and financial services. Demonstrated experience in building partnerships with ISVs, cloud/SaaS platforms, and/or consulting firms within regulated or complex industries. Deep understanding of the financial services landscapeincluding relevant compliance, security, and operational drivers. Strong business acumen and the ability to translate strategic objectives into actionable partnership plans. Highly organized self-starter with a bias for execution, capable of managing multiple partnerships and cross-functional initiatives simultaneously. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skillscomfortable engaging at the VP and C-suite level.
