Some essential functions of the position are listed below. What You'll Do:
Manage a high-impact book of mid-to-large clients using LeadConnector-based offerings. Lead discovery and consultation around marketing, CRM, and automation workflows. Drive upgrade motions and negotiate annual agreements to increase account value and reduce churn risk Promote and negotiate annual agreements to drive longer-term retention and stability. Proactively identify churn risks or product fit gaps and offer strategic solutions. Act as a voice of the customer by providing structured feedback to Product and Technical teams. Contribute to the development of productized service bundles for LC customers. This AM 3 supports larger-scale mid-market and high-velocity clients specifically on LeadConnector-powered solutions. This role is consultative and heavily focused on driving annual agreement adoption across agencies and businesses using AI, marketing automation, and CRM technology. What You'll Bring:
Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent SaaS Experience required 5-7 Years of Digital Marketing/ Account Management experiences 2 to 4 years of specific AI and/or Lead Connector or other relevant technology experience. Working Knowledge of topics such as Social Media Management, Social Media Advertising, Website/Funnel Building, and SEO Experience working with and or ability to learn the use of various CRM Systems Working Knowledge of the following applications strongly preferred - Google Suite, Zoom, Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin and other social media Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
