Recruitment Coordinator
Addison Group is working with our client, a respected law firm, to find a skilled Legal Recruiting Coordinator. This newly created role offers the opportunity to collaborate with firm leadership, manage full-cycle attorney recruitment, and oversee professional development initiatives in a supportive, professional environment. The Legal Recruitment Coordinator will be responsible for managing attorney recruiting efforts from sourcing through onboarding, organizing the summer associate program, and supporting attorney training and development initiatives. This role will work closely with leadership committees, HR, and external partners to attract, retain, and develop top legal talent. Key responsibilities include: Oversee full-cycle recruiting for law students, entry-level, and lateral attorney hires. Coordinate interview scheduling, candidate communications, and logistics for in-person and virtual interviews. Maintain recruiting databases, track candidate progress, and collect interview evaluations. Build and maintain relationships with external recruiters, bar associations, and law schools. Plan and execute the firm's summer associate program, including events and evaluations. Support professional development initiatives, including CLE programming, attorney training, and mentoring programs. Track CLE compliance and manage use of continuing education resources. Coordinate logistics for in-house training sessions and attorney development events. Assist with diversity recruitment initiatives and serve on relevant committees. Research best practices and emerging trends in legal recruiting and professional development. Provide administrative support and handle special projects as assigned. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required. At least 4 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in a legal or professional services environment. Experience working directly with attorneys and legal hiring managers. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with social media recruiting and applicant tracking systems; UKG experience a plus. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
