Join our innovative, world-class team today! This role manages the source to pay process across several categories for the Nuclear Business Unit and possibly multiple Business Units, as appropriate. Leaders in this job establish and administer procurement Key Performance Indicators and improvement of those KPIs. Employees in this role oversee or directly conduct negotiations with key suppliers, establish and maintain supplier relationships, and lead initiatives for supply chain optimization and cost reduction. Employees in this job manage a team of procurement specialists. This role manages the source to pay process across several categories and possibly multiple Business Units. Leaders in this job are responsible for procurement Key Performance Indicators and improvement of those KPIs. Employees in this role would be expected to oversee or directly conduct negotiations with key suppliers, establish and maintain supplier relationships, and lead initiatives for supply chain optimization and cost reduction.
