Office Manager
Job Title: Office Manager Location: New York, NY Industry: Legal Services Pay: $75,000

Job Description: The Office Manager will oversee day-to-day operations for multiple office locations, ensuring an efficient, productive, and positive work environment. This role involves supervising administrative staff, managing office resources, and collaborating closely with leadership on HR, operations, and compliance matters. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily administrative operations for offices in New York. Supervise support staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management. Foster a collaborative and positive workplace culture among administrative teams. Coordinate cross-office coverage to ensure operational consistency. Manage office supplies, equipment, vendor relationships, and facility needs. Develop and maintain office policies and procedures in partnership with leadership. Support HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations. Enforce workplace policies and attendance expectations. Assist with billing, timekeeping, and vendor coordination. Organize meetings, training sessions, and office events, including catering arrangements. Qualifications: 46 years of experience as an Office Manager or Legal Administrator, preferably within a law firm or professional services setting. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal management software. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to address and resolve sensitive workplace matters. Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required. Additional Details: Full-time, 100% onsite role. Schedule: MondayFriday, 8:30 AM
