Office Manager

The Office Manager is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the office on a day-to-day basis. This includes managing administrative staff, coordinating office procedures, overseeing budgets and supplies, maintaining office systems, and supporting senior leadership with logistical and operational needs. The Office Manager plays a key role in creating a productive and organized workplace environment. Key responsibilities include: Oversee general office operations and administrative staff. Maintain office efficiency by implementing and improving procedures, policies, and systems. Manage office supplies inventory, order materials, and ensure timely replenishment. Serve as the point of contact for office vendors, service providers, and building management. Coordinate schedules, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives and team members. Support onboarding and training of new staff members. Manage office budget, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective operations. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations. Oversee maintenance of office equipment and facilities. Assist with payroll, HR records, and employee engagement initiatives, as needed. Qualifications: 3-5+ years of Office Management experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Concur is a nice to have. Highly polished, organized, with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
