General Manager Of Operational Excellence For Us And Canada

The General Manager of Operational Excellence for the US and Canada will be responsible for driving continuous improvement across all aspects of the order management, installation project management, and S&OP functions, fostering and advancing a culture centered around LEAN management principles, and leading teams and operations that support cross-segment HPM activities. The leader will be responsible for leading and implementing initiatives to streamline processes and tools, enhance performance and adapt to changing market conditions to drive sustainable long-term growth. The role will lead and direct the following tasks and activities: Identify, lead and manage cross-functional projects to optimize operations, improve process efficiency, lead adoption of AI technologies, and drive standard work and standard technology and tools Develop and implement operational excellence strategies aligned with USCAN and GE HealthCare objectives in strong collaboration with global colleagues. Accountable for aligning USCAN with GE HealthCare Business System (Heartbeat) and leading a 'fit for purpose' approach to process design and governance to enable the right balance between standardized and differentiating processes Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the organization to include critical GE HealthCare priorities and initiatives (big rocks) Responsible for leading with LEAN management principles and role modeling core leadership behaviors which include starting with customers in mind, adopting global standards, going to Gemba to actively learn and build trust, taking accountability for delivering results, coaching actively and involving the right people to solve problems Accountable for adoption of Heartbeat Analyze current operational processes, identify process inefficiencies, and implement changes to drive growth, improve productivity and reduce costs. Track, analyze, and report on operational performance metrics Manage and mentor operational excellence teams Deliver the Customer Promise for our field teams and clinical customers Improve and strengthen USCAN's winning culture Qualifications/Requirements: Ten years of experience in business management, supply chain, or operations OR equivalent years of experience in operations with progressive leadership in the healthcare industry Demonstrated ability to drive & execute results through rigorous operating mechanisms in GE environment, often working across partner functions and other business organizations Exemplary people management, leadership, and communication skills, as well as sales coaching & team building experience Strong business acumen; financial, organizational, compliance, negotiation, problem solving and influencing skills Impactful executive presence - high level presentation and interpersonal skills; able to communicate and present ideas to customers in a way that produces understanding and impact that builds effective strategic relationships Ability to energize, develop, and build rapport, collaboration and influence at all levels within an organization Desired Characteristics: Previous experience leading service and/or sales for GEHC product portfolio Ability to influence and collaborate with senior level management team Ability to engage with and deliver GE value proposition to large accounts Direct and/or indirect management experience; managing in a matrix We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening. For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $192,000.00-$288,000.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
