This contract position involves accurately inputting essential information into their Dentrix system, ensuring all patient and insurance details are updated seamlessly. Responsibilities: Input insurance coverage details, fee schedules, and billing information into the Dentrix software system. Verify the accuracy of transferred patient records and correct any discrepancies. Collaborate with team members to ensure all data is entered efficiently and accurately. Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive medical information. Perform quality checks to ensure data integrity and compliance with organizational standards. Resolve data-related issues promptly and communicate effectively with relevant personnel. Assist with administrative tasks related to data management as needed. Utilize knowledge of medical systems and claim administration to streamline data entry processes. Adapt quickly to changing project requirements and deadlines. Requirements: Proficiency in medical data entry systems such as Dentrix, EHR systems, or similar platforms. Familiarity with Armed Forces Health Longitudinal Technology Application (AHLTA) and McKesson software is a plus. Experience with IBM AS/400 systems and claim administration processes. Strong attention to detail and ability to work with high levels of accuracy. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly. Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and address issues. Prior experience in a healthcare or dental office setting is preferred.
