We are seeking a Data Entry Clerk to join our team based in Chantilly, Virginia. This role involves high-volume data entry, requiring a high level of attention to detail and accuracy. Accurately inputting data from various sources into the client's database systems Ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of data entry processes Addressing customer inquiries in a timely and detail-oriented manner Monitoring customer accounts and taking necessary actions Provide customer service through email correspondence when needed Organize files and customer records in a systematic manner Collaborate with other team members, including three full-time analysts, on a large-scale project Ensure the security and confidentiality of sensitive information Following detailed instructions to ensure data entry accuracy Participating in training sessions to ensure user-friendly data entry Ensuring attention to detail in all data entry tasks Requirements
Minimum of 1+e years of office experience Proficiency in 10 Key Skills Strong customer service skills Demonstrated experience in data entry Ability to manage email correspondence efficiently Excellent skills in Microsoft Suites Experience in organizing files Ability to handle high-volume data entry Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and in a team Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools High level of reliability and punctuality
