Schedule: PRN - As needed on call to cover call outs Shift: Day/Evening Location: 100 Hospital Drive, Hendersonville, NC 28792 The community you'll be caring for: AdventHealth Hendersonville Convenient access, with locations across Western North Carolina Beautiful mountain scenery Historic towns and cities full of specialty shops, art galleries and unique restaurants Fresh produce available at farmers markets and U-picks Special events to enjoy in every season The role you'll contribute: Performs a wide range of administrative functions which include supporting department reception, maintaining various appointment calendars, arranging meeting rooms and catering, running errands, coordinating basic events, etc. Assists management with coordination and oversight of department functions, i.e. various campaigns, holiday and employee events. Oversees department equipment (including fax and copy machines) and office supplies, ensuring adequate supplies are maintained/ordered. Ensures equipment is operating and serviced as required. May have responsibility for/oversight of department furniture and upkeep. May generate purchase orders and/or work with AH Purchasing. Maintains department files, databases, records, etc. May be responsible for department employee records including time and attendance, various payroll matters, education, etc. Maintains department policies and procedures, updating and filing as required. May be responsible to recommend updates and assist with policy/procedure creation. Coordinates various projects as requested and may lead/oversee department projects and/or teams, including department improvement initiatives. Attends meetings as requested and may serve on various committees.
