We're looking for an Advisor, Content & Channel Performance Analyst to measure the effectiveness of our communication efforts. The ideal candidate will be a data-driven professional who can turn raw data into actionable insights. You'll analyze how different types of content and communication channelsfrom press releases and social media posts to internal newslettersperform with our target audience. Your analysis will help us understand what resonates, where our audience is, and how we can optimize our communication strategy to achieve our goals. Key Responsibilities
Cross-Channel Measurement: Track and measure campaign performance across multiple channels, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives.
Strategic Partnership: Serve as a strategic partner to the communications team, ensuring measurement design and clear goals align with business needs and are integrated into all communications initiatives from the outset.
Data Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analyses on key metrics such as engagement rates, reach, sentiment, website traffic, and conversions to identify trends and measure campaign success.
Content Optimization: Analyze content performance to determine which topics, formats, and messaging resonate most with our audience, providing recommendations for future content creation.
Channel Performance: Evaluate the performance of different communication channels to inform where we should invest our time and resources, ensuring we're reaching our audience on the right platforms.
Reporting & Insights: Create clear and compelling reports and dashboards that translate complex data into easy-to-understand insights and strategic recommendations for the communications team and leadership.
A/B Testing: Design and execute A/B tests on content, messaging, and channels to optimize performance and drive continuous improvement.
First-Party Data: Analyze and interpret channel and first-party data to uncover insights that inform decision-making and strategy development.
Attribution Modeling: Guide the use of first-party data to build attribution models that help accurately measure what channel touchpoints are driving conversions.
Data Governance: Contribute to the development and maintenance of a robust data governance framework that promotes data quality, accessibility, and ethical use.

Data Analysis: The ability to collect, interpret, and analyze large datasets to find meaningful insights.
Communication & Storytelling: The skill to translate data into a clear and compelling narrative for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
5+ years experience in Data Analysis, Content & Channel Performance or related field.
Demonstrated experience using web analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and social media analytics tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Brandwatch).
Proven experience in analyzing communication channels like email newsletters and internal communications to measure impact.
Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to build reports and dashboards.
