Interim Senior Manager Cvicu Needed
An Interim Senior Manager CVICU is needed to provide hands-on leadership and drive cultural transformation within a busy cardiovascular intensive care unit. Reporting to the Director of CVICU, this leader will oversee approximately 105 FTEs. Key responsibilities include managing operations for a 28-bed CVICU, supporting staff development, fostering collaboration with the PCU, and ensuring accountability for high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate will have extensive CVICU leadership experience, a proven ability to build and sustain a positive culture, and the clinical expertise to work alongside staff when needed. Must be highly organized, patient-focused, and able to adapt quickly to changing needs. Excellent communication skills are critical. Must be available to start within 2-3 weeks of acceptance. Requirements Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required. Active RN license required. Progressive leadership experience in CVICU or a related critical care setting required. The final compensation rate will be determined based on experience, education, training, location, internal equity, and budget considerations, in accordance with Fair Market Value evaluation. Additionally, some candidates may be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, depending on the specific role, including but not limited to health insurance coverage and retirement benefits.
