Moen's Financial Analyst within the U.S. BU Sales and Channel Finance team will provide financial planning and reporting support for the Moen U.S Retail and E-Commerce Sales and Marketing teams. Our Financial Analyst will work out of our Chicago (Deerfield, IL) headquarters on our hybrid schedule. Responsibilities Partner with Sales and Channel on period cost budgets (ASM/SG&A), including managing accruals, forecasting and facilitating reviews. Own Price & Standard COGS models and variance analysis. Own daily input & sales reporting to Sales and Demand Planning teams. Provide support during month end on monthly & quarterly deliverables to business partners, LT and FBIN. Complete journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations as needed to support Retail & Ecommerce Net Sales and Period Costs Provide finance support and guidance to Retail & Ecommerce Sales teams (ad hoc analysis, customer profitability, accounting/forecasting guidance, etc.) Assist on quarterly & annual audit requests Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline (Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Science, etc.) is required 2+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or related field required. 5+ years of experience preferred. Proven analytical, technical and problem-solving skills; knowledge of SAP is preferred Proficiency with Excel modeling, data management and translating information into meaningful presentations and insights Ability to handle pressure and deadlines as well as perform job responsibilities with minimal supervision Demonstrated success working with cross-functional teams and business partners Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization Highly motivated self-starter and independent thinker who's had experience working in ambiguous situations Exhibits willingness to take ownership and accountability Strong business acumen and thorough understanding of business fundamentals Ability to work well with others and as part of a team Microsoft application skills (Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint Additional Information: Fortune Brands believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is Hiring Pay Range: $55,000 USD - $85,000 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based sales incentive plan.
