High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office management is a plus. Proven experience as an office assistant or in a relevant administrative role. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and comfortable using office equipment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on professionalism.
