It is anticipated that an incumbent in this role will work onsite for three (3) or more days a week and will have a dedicated workspace when working onsite. Work location is subject to change based on business needs. Summary of the Job

The Associate II, Operations is accountable for operations support for various functions including Home Equity Loans and Lines of Credit. Complete timely manual reviews of Consumer Loan files to assure quality data integrity standards and Government Guidelines are attained. Communicate effectively with other department employees to reduce errors and identify potential Regulatory Risks. Coordinate, review and follow-up to all Retail Banking surveys.
