Direct business development strategic business operations. Organize operations to provide high quality cost effective services. Responsible for building relationships with physicians, businesses and communities in an effort to establish partnerships and affiliations. Actively identify conventional and non-conventional growth opportunities that will lead to additional volume and revenue, improving ministry's strategic positioning in the market place. Manage staff relations including performance management, staff satisfaction, conflict management and other job related issues. Oversee scheduling, recruitment and payroll. Design and prioritize the strategic growth opportunities within and across markets with employers, health systems, payers, government entities, brokers, and other key potential clients or strategic partners. Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of services, policies, processes, and programs delivered. Requirements

Education: High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management. Additional Preferences

Bachelor's degree in Business, health care Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in health care business development, provider relations, or network management Strong knowledge of provider compensation models, health care contracting, and physician on-boarding best practices Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills Familiarity with regulatory and compliance standards related to provider contracts and compensation (e.g., FMV, Stark, Anti-Kickback) Data-driven with the ability to analyze trends and performance metrics Why Join Our Team
