Ivy Rehab is building a next-generation procurement capability to match its aggressive clinic expansion. The Procurement Analyst will report to the Vice President, Procurement Officer and provide the data foundation and operational support that powers sourcing decisions, supplier negotiations, and autonomous purchasing. This role offers unparalleled visibility to senior leadership. This position allows for remote work and may require some travel for business meetings. Our corporate office is based in White Plains, NY. Your responsibilities will include: Spend Analytics: Consolidate AP, T&E, and vendor data; cleanse and classify spend; build visual dashboards in Power BI. Savings Tracking: Maintain benefits-realization files; prepare monthly performance packs for Finance and the CPO. Market & Supplier Research: Compile benchmarks, should-cost models, and risk assessments to inform sourcing strategies. RFx & Contract Support: Draft RFx documents, manage bid timelines, summarize proposals, and log contract metadata. P2P & Catalog Administration: Serve as first-line support for P2P requisitions and catalog updates; troubleshoot with clinic staff and suppliers. Process Improvement: Participate in pilot projects for AI-enabled buying and workflow automation; suggest enhancements based on data insights. To excel in this role, you should possess: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Finance, Economics, Engineering, MIS, or related field 13 years in procurement, finance, data analytics, or consulting (internships and co-ops count). Advanced Excel; familiarity with BI tools; eagerness to master P2P platforms and AI/automation tools. Analytical, detail-oriented, intellectually curious, and comfortable working in a fast-moving, remote environment; strong written and verbal communication skills. Why Choose Ivy?
