Job Category: Human Resources Requisition Number: SENIO018210 Full-Time Remote - USA +1 more locations Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Strategic Talent Leadership Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, aligning talent strategies with business priorities to drive performance and engagement. Advise leaders on complex topics related to organizational design, employee development, engagement, culture, and change leadership. Guide critical talent decisions and actions to transform leaders, teams, and organization. Use data and insights to identify workforce trends, inform decision-making, and implement meaningful improvements across the employee life-cycle. Gather and utilize feedback for continuous improvement. Organizational Effectiveness & Change Leadership Guide leaders through complex organizational design, change management, and transformation efforts. Lead the execution of simple yet impactful enterprise-wide talent programs, including leadership development, succession planning, and organizational design. Ensure consistency and objectivity in people processes, leveraging feedback for continuous improvement. Program Management & Operational Excellence Design and implement practical, scalable HR practices and tools that support growth in a global environment. Define success metrics, manage project timeline and communication, and continuously improve programs based on data and stakeholder feedback. Internal Communication & Engagement Lead internal communication strategies for the regions, functions, or processes you own that align with organizational objectives and enhance employee experience. Execute high-impact retention and engagement initiatives that reinforce culture and values. Requirements Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Proven ability to influence and coach senior leaders Strong business acumen and ability to navigate ambiguity Experience leading impactful global HR initiatives Expertise in talent management, leadership development, change management, and organizational design Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills Technologically adept with experience in digital-first learning and HR systems Must comply with and pass initial background check and drug screening, as well as subsequent background checks, drug screenings, and vaccine requirements as required by customer contracts Ability to follow DI's policies, procedures, system usage practices Must have unrestricted work authorization in the United States Education and/or Experience Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of progressive HR experience or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience. MBA preferred. Physical Requirements/Working Conditions: Ability to remain in a stationary position (e.g., seated at a desk) for extended periods during the workday. Frequent use of standard office equipment such as computers, keyboards, headsets, and webcams. Visual acuity to read and interpret digital content on screens and documents. Occasional light lifting (up to 10 lbs) may be required for home office equipment setup or maintenance. Occasional travel may be required for team offsites, client meetings, or company events (typically less than 10%). Preferred skills and experience: None Supervision Level This position reports directly to the Vice President of Human Resources. Compensation and Benefits Salary Range : $$118,800
$165,300.00 (Compensation will vary based on skills and experience) Bonus Eligibility : Full-time, non-sales employees are eligible for DI's annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance.
