Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Be the first impression: Support recruitment by scheduling interviews, coordinating background checks, and communicating with candidates. Keep us organized: Maintain accurate and confidential employee records in our employee files and the HRIS system. Create seamless transitions: Assist with onboarding and offboarding to ensure a smooth employee journey. Support our people: Track leave of absence, and coordinate pay Support our people: Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures, or direct them to the appropriate HR specialists as needed. Support our people: Review and complete employee verifications Bring people together: Plan and coordinate internal HR eventsfrom logistics to communications. Make travel easy: Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements for candidates and employees supporting our hiring process, including booking flights, accommodation, and transportation. Ensure compliance: Help maintain adherence to employment laws and internal policies. Drive engagement: Assist in the coordination and tracking of training programs, employee engagement initiatives, performance management initiatives, and internal communications. Collaborate and grow: Work closely with the HR team to deliver consistent, high-quality service. Collaborate and grow: Perform other related duties as assigned to support the overall effectiveness of the HR team. Requirements Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) High level of discretion and confidentiality. Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Excellent attention to detail and strong documentation skills. Exceptional problem-solving abilities. Possesses a strong aptitude for technology with the ability to quickly master and integrate tools relevant to the role. Education and/or Experience Bachelor's degree or a combination of education and experience. Physical Requirements/Working Conditions: Ability to remain in a stationary position (e.g., seated at a desk) for extended periods during the workday. Frequent use of standard office equipment such as computers, keyboards, headsets, and webcams. Occasional light lifting (up to 10 lbs) may be required for home office equipment setup or maintenance. Occasional travel may be required (up to 10%) Preferred skills and experience: Based in the greater Burlington, VT area and able to be in the office weekly or when requested Supervision Level This person reports directly to the People Operations Manager. Compensation and Benefits Salary Range

: $58,800

$79,700.00 (Compensation will vary based on skills and experience) Bonus Eligibility
