Customer Service Representative
We are looking for a detail-oriented and adaptable Customer Service Representative to join our team in San Leandro, California. This is a Contract-to-Permanent position, offering the opportunity to grow within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The role involves working across multiple office locations and handling a variety of customer interactions and administrative tasks. Responsibilities: Manage incoming and outgoing calls, ensuring all customer inquiries are addressed promptly and with attention to detail. Assist with data entry and maintain accurate records of work orders and other essential documentation. Provide support at both the San Leandro and Alameda offices, adapting to high foot traffic and varied customer needs. Communicate effectively with vendors and customers, delivering excellent service in a fast-paced setting. Process reports and review information submitted through online channels for jurisdictional purposes. Handle administrative tasks such as paperwork, database updates, and other office operations. Train in the San Leandro office and provide coverage at the Alameda office as needed. Multitask efficiently, balancing high call volumes, front-desk duties, and administrative responsibilities. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and efficient customer service delivery. Maintain an attentive tone and demeanor in all communications, demonstrating reliability and punctuality. Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or call center role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Office 365. Strong multitasking abilities and comfort with handling high volumes of data and customer interactions. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on clarity and precision. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to different office locations and schedules. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills for managing administrative tasks. Punctual, dependable, and able to handle a variety of responsibilities effectively.
