$24 / hour Benefits: This job is eligible for medical, dental, vision and 401 K. About Our Client: Addison Group is partnering with a home health organization serving Plano and North Dallas. As part of a national franchise network, this branch is focused on building a strong, onshore revenue cycle foundation and is seeking a skilled RCM professional to support full-cycle billing and collections. Job Description: We are hiring a Revenue Cycle Specialist to manage full-cycle billing, collections, and insurance follow-up. This role will support the transition from offshore to onshore operations and requires experience working across multiple systems. The ideal candidate will have a background in home health and commercial insurance, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities: Manage full-cycle billing and collections, including claim follow-up and appeals. Resolve rejections through edits and rebills. Submit appeals and work denials to ensure accurate reimbursement. Cross-train and assist with insurance verification and other RCM functions. Work primarily with commercial payers, especially BCBS. Navigate multiple systems including ABS, Office Ally, Waystar, and future AlyaCare. Support the implementation of new EHR systems and contribute to process improvements. Qualifications: 2+ years of true A/R experience, including follow-up, appeals, and denials. Experience with commercial insurance required. Background in home health, physician, or facility collections preferred. Proficient in navigating multiple systems and clearinghouses. Teachable, team-oriented, and adaptable to change.
