Job Summary:

Highly organized and proactive Assistant Project Manager to support our Project Management team. The ideal candidate will assist in planning, coordinating, and executing various projects, ensuring that tasks are completed on time, within scope, and in alignment with business goals. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our projects, providing the necessary support for project managers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Support:

Assist in the creation, execution, and monitoring of project plans. Maintain project documentation including timelines, budgets, and resource allocations. Update project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders regularly.

Coordination & Communication:

Serve as a liaison between the project manager, team members, and external stakeholders. Organize and attend project meetings; prepare agendas and minutes. Help manage communications across teams to ensure tasks are aligned and deadlines are met.

Resource Management:

Assist in allocating resources and ensuring team members have the tools and information they need to succeed.

Champions all departmental Customer Service Initiatives.

Knows all procedures, employee personnel manuals and meets all regulatory agency requirements.

Maintains a safe work environment for all internal and external customers.

Handles varying workloads and meet changing deadlines as necessary.

Qualifications:

Education:

High School graduate

Experience:

2+ years of experience in project management or a related field. Familiarity with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello, etc.) is a plus. Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) is a plus.

Skills:

Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities. Strong communication skills (both verbal and written). Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
