Job Description: Lead and motivate project teams throughout the full lifecycle, ensuring project objectives are met on time, within budget, and at a high level of quality.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Develop and manage project plans, schedules, deliverables, and staffing strategies Conduct risk assessments, implement mitigation plans, and manage change effectively Maintain dashboards and reporting to track progress, milestones, and KPIs Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives and clear communication Monitor budgets, timelines, and resource allocation Establish and maintain standards and procedures for documentation and reporting Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance project management maturity Requirements:
Must-Haves: 5-7 years of IT experience, with at least 3 years in project management Familiarity with project management methodologies (PMI, Agile) Analytical and problem-solving abilities, including risk evaluation and solution development
Nice-to-Haves: Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, information systems, business management, or related field PMP or other project management certification Blend of business, IT, and financial acumen
