Job DescriptionAs the Retail Sales Lead at our Valley Fair Mall store, you will play a pivotal role in driving retail sales through hands-on coaching, roleplaying, and feedback. This in-person position focuses on mentoring and training a high-performing sales team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and meet sales goals. You'll work closely with marketing, operations, and other cross-functional partners to ensure the store's success, making this role critical to launching Corsair's inaugural retail location in Santa Clara, California.Key ResponsibilitiesCoach the sales team using roleplaying scenarios to simulate customer interactions, enhancing their ability to close sales and handle objections effectively.Provide constructive feedback by observing sales floor performance, identifying strengths and areas for improvement, and guiding team members to refine their techniques.Drive retail sales by setting performance goals, tracking progress, and using coaching insights to boost team results.Train and mentor new and existing sales team members on Corsair product knowledge, advanced sales strategies, and customer service excellence.Lead by example, showcasing best-in-class sales and service skills to inspire and motivate the team.Collaborate with marketing to execute in-store promotions, product launches, and events that elevate brand visibility and sales.Partner with operations to maintain optimal inventory levels, address logistical challenges, and ensure a seamless store experience.Work with cross-functional teams (e.g., supply chain, merchandising, and technology) to align store operations with broader company objectives.Foster a collaborative, energetic team culture that reflects Corsair's passion for gaming and innovation.Qualifications & SkillsExperience: 3-5 years of retail sales experience, including 1-2 years in a supervisory or leadership role, with a proven track record of coaching and training teams.Skills:Expertise in roleplaying and feedback techniques to develop sales talent.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to inspire and guide a team.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, in-person retail environment.Passion: Enthusiasm for gaming, technology, and the Corsair brand.Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the gaming or tech retail sector is a plus.For roles that are based at our headquarters in Milpitas, CA: The starting base pay for this position is as shown below. The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs and market demand. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual salary could fall outside of this expected range. This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
