SIMOS is hiring a Performance Team Lead for a large distribution center in Enfield, CT! This position is responsible for coordinating associate activities in the production process and will monitor associates' performance. The ideal candidate will be committed to coaching team members and improving the worksite's training, productivity, quality, safety, and attendance. The Performance Team Lead will set up daily/weekly work assignments for staff, conduct orientations, assist with coaching, training, provide excellent customer service, and will work along with associates as needed. The ideal applicant must have basic computer skills. Shift Information: Monday-Friday , 9:00 AM-5:30 PM, $19 per hour - must be flexible and able to do overtime as mandated by Client. Full Time, 1st Shift Job Responsibilities

A minimum of 1 year of warehouse systems or operations knowledge is required. Assist the SIMOS management in day-to-day operations as needed Communicate effectively with SIMOS management and client operations Train new hires in all available departments Monitor performance & safety for every associate Assist the SIMOS management and operations in ongoing tasks to service the client on-site Great tactfulness and attendance are a must Moderate work with computers and integrated operating systems Provides information regarding associate performance and concerns to SIMOS management for appropriate evaluation and action People skills are a must Ability to lift to 70 lbs. safely and repetitively, and lift 71-150 lbs. as a team Ability to stand and move on your feet throughout an 8- 10-12-hour shift Perform general labor and warehouse duties as assigned Maintain production expectations and goals assigned by management Associate Requirements

HS Diploma or GED, Background Check, Able to Lift 60 pounds, Drug Test, Stand for Shift Duration, Must be at least 18 years old The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $19.00 - $19.00 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law. An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law.
