Description

We are a well-respected, high-volume home staging company in the DMV, staging 300+ homes annually. We're seeking an organized, detail-oriented Office Administrator to be the central hub of our team-coordinating sales and operations, keeping projects on track, and delivering stellar customer service.

Systems We Use:

Stageforce, 17Hats, QuickBooks, Google Workspace, iPhone/Mac (Zapier experience a plus)

Responsibilities

•Manage communication (phone, text, email) and serve as the primary client contact •Oversee daily office operations and support staff/management •Enter lead information, update project files, and coordinate logistics •Manage workflow for staging/destaging projects •Handle accounts receivable and ensure timely payments •Book vendors, organize schedules, and maintain systems •Support recruiting, onboarding, and training •Maintain a safe, clean work environment and run occasional errands •Strengthen existing abilities and gain new ones by participating in training opportunities •Inform team members regularly about the status of projects and any setbacks or achievements •Create and implement data entry protocols to streamline processes and increase productivity

Qualifications

•Strong communication and organizational skills •Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment •Proficiency with Google Workspace; CRM experience preferred •Based in Falls Church, with occasional travel to Woodbridge and Frederick •Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and DMV travel flexibility •Self-starter with both independent and team-oriented work style •Navigates computer programs with ease to provide a quick front-desk experience for customers •Display excellent written, problem-solving, and verbal communication skills •High school diploma or GED required •Shows ability to quickly finish very detailed work •Prior experience in office management or our industry is a plus
