Collaborate closely with the Florence Planners to update production schedules, maintain accurate dates, and ensure SAP data integrity. Support schedule management by keeping all relevant information in SAP up to date and helping maintain a clear and organized schedule view. Assist in identifying potential raw material or component shortages based on the current production plan and provide support to the SAP clerks as needed. Responsibilities

Collaborate with planners to maintain accurate daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules in SAP. Work with SAP clerks to ensure all Stock Transport Orders (STOs) are accurately maintainedopening, updating, or closing them as required by production needs. Generate and review open STO reports, and coordinate with the warehouse team to keep systems updated on both the 8123 and 110y sides. Create process orders for the planning team, with a strong emphasis on accurate date management. Partner with Product Marketing, Product Support, and Master Data teams to ensure Bills of Materials for finished goods produced at the Florence facility are current and accurate. Ensure a sufficient supply of materials for blending processes. Collaborate with Plant Buyers to ensure timely availability of raw materials and manage inventory levels to avoid excess or obsolete materials (SMOG). Review SAP downloads, reconcile discrepancies with daily production data, properly report rework and rejected items, and submit daily consumption reports. Participate in periodic inventories of raw and finished goods. Maintain accurate production-related records and ensure confidentiality of all data. Perform additional responsibilities as assigned. The exact compensation may vary based on your skills, experience, and other factors permitted by law.
