Customer Service Representative
Location: Auburn, WA Pay: $20.50 per hour Summary: This is a Sales support position responsible for providing direct support to all assigned Account Executives, Marketing Associates and customers. As a CSR the goal is to assist and help resolve all customer needs as quickly and accurately as possible. Provides primary customer service for a specific accounts. Answers incoming calls and responds to customer inquiries. Provides quotes, places orders, and research and resolve questions about orders. Responsibilities include answering all incoming concerns/needs from all customers; key pick-up requests, handling transportation/routing on delivery questions, processing will call orders, providing customers with invoice copies, monitoring orders before cut-off, communicating regularly with the Account Executives and customers, and managing the same day deliveries. Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have recent experience working as a Customer Service Representative. Must have great communication skills, verbal and written, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, be a quick learner, and a multitasker. Proficient in MS Office. SAP experience a plus!
