Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Dishwasher to join our dynamic team. The Dishwasher plays a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in our kitchen, ensuring that guests receive a memorable dining experience.
Responsibilities: Operate commercial dishwashing equipment to clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment according to established procedures. Sort and stack clean dishes and utensils in designated storage areas. Assist kitchen staff with food preparation and organization as needed. Empty trash bins and maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas. Follow all safety and sanitation protocols to ensure a safe working environment. Monitor dishwashing equipment and report any maintenance issues to the supervisor. Adhere to hotel policies and procedures, including uniform and grooming standards.
Requirements: Previous experience in a kitchen or hospitality environment preferred but not required. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and sanitation. Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team. Must be able to lift and carry heavy objects and stand for extended periods. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
