SEO Content Manager
Our client, a well-known international and growing database company, is currently looking for a freelance SEO Content Manager to help their team. This is a remote opportunity, about 10-20 hours per week as needed for three months with some potential to extend based on business need and performance. Ideal candidate must have a background with keyword management and/or optimization tools. Responsibilities:
Use your own SEO content experience to manage farming out assignments to writers, collecting finished drafts and ushering them through an internal review process in Jira. Once approved, you'll be responsible for passing the pieces over to the web team for publication. Ability to field basic SEO questions from stakeholders regarding best practices, etc. A large part of this role involves strong project management and ability to use Jira and strong communication skills. Requirements:
3-5+ years of well-rounded experience across SEO, ideally SEO Content Writing background. Must have some background with keyword management or optimization tools. Experience with SurferSEO and Conductor for content is ideal or similar experience with SEMRush, Brightedge, etc will be transferable. A technical content background is a bonus. Content strategy experience (using a keyword manager or search console to ID opportunities) or the ability to report on content success (leveraging SEO tools like Conductor or Search Console or BI tools like Tableau/Amplitude to measure content impact) is a huge bonus!
