is looking for a qualified
Phone Intake Coordinator
to join our growing cardiology practice in Ocala, FL.
Cardiology office seeking a full-time, reliable, diligent phone operator.
Responsibilities include:
Answer and transfer phone calls for a very busy switchboard
Take and deliver messages when needed
Take and deliver hospital consults
Screen calls to ensure authenticity, and make sure messages are communicated to the correct
recipient
Greet patients and provide the required information, and direct patients to appropriate staff members or departments
Perform clerical duties and a clean workspace
Create and maintain logs as needed
Assist patients in scheduling and rescheduling appointments
Complete any other task as assigned by supervisor
Requirements
Experience in EMR systems is preferred. Bilingual is a plus, but not required. Experience with computers and typing is preferred.
