2nd Shift Production Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated Production Supervisor to lead and coordinate the activities of press operators and production staff. Your role will ensure efficient and timely production while maintaining quality and safety standards. You will also be responsible for monitoring and maintaining press equipment to minimize downtime, troubleshooting production issues, and training new employees on press operations and safety procedures. Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate the activities of press operators and production staff. Monitor and maintain press equipment to ensure optimal performance. Conduct regular inspections of the production line for quality and safety adherence. Troubleshoot and resolve issues during the production process. Train and mentor new employees on press operations and safety procedures. Maintain accurate production records and prepare required reports. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely product delivery. Implement and enforce company policies to maintain a safe and productive work environment. Provide leadership, direction, and coordination for shift operations. Essential Skills

At least 3 years of experience in a similar role within the printing or manufacturing industry overseeing at least 15 employees. Expertise in overseeing press operations and maintenance. Knowledge of printing industry standards, procedures, and best practices. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve press-related issues. Proficiency in using press equipment and related software. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities. The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $33.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
