We are seeking a skilled Press Brake Operator for 1st Shift (6:00 AM 2:00 PM). This is a full-time opportunity for an experienced operator who takes pride in precision, values safety, and is driven to produce high-quality components for advanced manufacturing projects.

Key Responsibilities: •Operate Equipment: Set up and operate press brake machinery to bend, form, and fabricate metal components according to specifications. •Ensure Accuracy: Interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings to verify dimensions and tolerances. •Maintain Quality: Inspect parts for accuracy and consistency, ensuring adherence to strict quality standards. •Troubleshoot Issues: Identify and resolve machine or material-related issues to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency. •Optimize Processes: Recommend process improvements to enhance productivity, safety, and material usage. •Collaborate: Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet production schedules and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements: •Experience: Minimum of 2+ years operating mechanical or hydraulic press brakes in a manufacturing environment. •Technical Proficiency: Comfortable working with large metal components, setting pressures, and making precise adjustments. •Blueprint Reading: Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and work instructions. •Compliance Training: Must be AS9100, ISO, and ITAR trained, with a solid understanding of quality standards, documentation control, and export compliance procedures. •Attention to Detail: Strong focus on precision and quality in every task performed. •Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues and adjust processes as needed. •Dependability: Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic and commitment to safety.
