Social Worker Position
Washington licensed Social Worker needed for floating duties in Tacoma. Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) and acute care management experience required. Inpatient, adults, no peds. Will see ICU, PCU, MedSurg, and ER patients. Will not care for L&D or NICU. Floating between Allenmore, Tacoma General and possible OCED in Federal Way and Bremerton (June 2025). Traveler first to float if needed. Manager will let traveler know at beginning of shift if they're going to be floated. Mid shift floating does not happen unless there's an emergency. Shift times: Depending on where the need is, could work 8s or 12s. Manager will discuss further. If ER, will be 12h shifts 2.5 miles apart between Allenmore and TG.
