$17.00 / hr Shift/Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday:
6:00 am - 2:30 pm Sunday:
5:00 AM - 1:30 PM
As a
Processing Specialis t, you will handle complex sorting and decisioning of non-standard or rejected transactions. The role focuses on executing daily reject processing tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
Essential Duties:
Handle Rejected Transactions:
Pull and sort rejected items using reports and audit trails; batch with control documents. High-Speed Extraction & Scanning:
Use I-Tran, IMBL, and OPEX equipment to extract and scan mail, including complex client work. Transaction Processing:
Sort and process client transactions based on specific instructions. Maintain Accuracy & Output:
Meet department standards for quality and productivity. Support Training:
Help train new team members as needed. At a minimum, you'll need:
High School Diploma or equivalent Computer skills Must meet the Deluxe established standard minimums for productivity and accuracy Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. Able to stand for long periods of time Ability to adapt to change and learn new processes as the business evolves Able to read and make decisions Able to work well independently and with others on work for all clients Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment Team player with good interpersonal skills IMPORTANT:
