Summary You will serve as a Program Analyst in the Acquisition Support & Analysis Division, Cost & Acquisition Analysis Department of NAVAIRWARCENWPNDIV CHINA LAKE. Responsibilities You will monitor contractor performance against the Statement of Work, identifying potential issues and recommending corrective actions. You will review contractor invoices for accuracy and compliance with contract terms, recommending adjustments as needed. You will track contract funding levels to prevent overruns and ensure budget compliance. You will assist in the development of acquisition packages, gathering necessary documentation and supporting market research efforts. You will communicate effectively with contractors, technical teams, and the Contracting Officer to ensure all parties are informed and aligned on project goals. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications DA-03: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-07) or pay band (DA-02) in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate duties related to the following: 1) Providing oversight of contract performance as COR/ACOR, using critical thinking to recommend solutions that align with budget and strategic goals; 2) Managing invoice review, correcting discrepancies, and negotiating adjustments, tailoring communication to intended audiences; 3) Identifying performance risks and developing solutions, including experience identifying and forecasting potential issues to develop and recommending potential solutions; and 4) Reviewing contract documentation, identifying errors or issues and recommending a path forward for corrective action to improve quality. DA-02: Your resume must demonstrate at least three years of general experience that includes one year of experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-04) or pay band (DA-01) in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. General experience must demonstrate related duties in the following: 1) Assisting with preparing acquisition packages and supporting contract transitions; 2) Identifying errors or issues and recommending a path forward for corrective action; 3) Tailoring communication to fit intended audiences.
