We are a mid-sized, regional based CPA firm and we're seeking a Tax Manager who's growth minded and looking for an opportunity to grow the firm but as an individual as well. Position: Tax Manager / Senior Tax Manager

Compensation: $150k - $180k Base Salary DOE

Location: Chicago, IL - Richmond, VA - Raleigh, NC - Atlanta, GA

We are a mid-sized, regional based CPA firm and we're seeking a Tax Manager who's growth minded and looking for an opportunity to grow the firm but as an individual as well.

We're not like the bigger firms, where production and time in a seat are the most important things -- we believe that each person's path is an individual one that they should get the opportunity to explore. If that means learning different verticals and returns types or pushing yourself into more of a consultative role vs compliance we're interested in helping you achieve those goals.

We're ideally seeking a Tax Manager or Senior Manager local to one of our office who has a background working with HNIWs, Private Businesses and / or any experience working with Trust and Estate returns. CPA at this level is a must, willingness to prep and review work is a big plus.

For qualified individuals we offer competitive compensation packages and a ton of schedule flexibility. Limited busy season hours, low out of season hours, very flexible hybrid schedule, etc. -- we want you to work how you're the most comfortable!
