Portfolio Assistant
We are seeking a dedicated Portfolio Assistant for our client in Delhi, Louisiana. In this short-term contract to full time position, you will play a pivotal role in supporting call center operations and ensuring exceptional customer service experiences. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with strong organizational skills and a background in managing customer accounts and communications.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze call center metrics to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Provide direct assistance to customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Manage customer accounts, ensuring accurate documentation and timely communication.
- Collaborate with teams to oversee customer contracts and ensure compliance with agreed terms.
- Prepare detailed reports summarizing customer interactions and account statuses.
- Track attendance and maintain schedules to optimize team performance.
- Coordinate events and initiatives to support organizational goals.
- Facilitate bill payments and oversee accounts receivable processes.
- Promote organizational awareness and capabilities to drive consistent customer experiences.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in call center operations or a similar role.
- Proficiency in analyzing call center metrics and implementing improvements.
- Strong skills in customer service, communication, and account management.
- Experience in preparing detailed reports and tracking attendance.
- Familiarity with managing customer contracts and ensuring compliance.
- Ability to effectively coordinate events and handle accounts receivable.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of bill payment processes and customer experience enhancement.
