Automotive Support Specialist

In this role, you'll work out of our Schaumburg and Elk Grove locations. 

What You'll Do

As an Automotive Support Specialist, you’ll jump into a little bit of everything - providing great customer service, handling a variety of administrative tasks, driving to a variety of locations, and embracing the fact that no two days are ever the same.

This role is perfect for you if you’re motivated and eager to learn.

Automotive Support Specialist Responsibilities

n
• Drive to various locations for errands, document drop-offs, and deliveries, as directed by the Manager; his may include customers when necessary.
n
• Provide exceptional customer service both in-person and over the phone
n
• Assist with administrative tasks, such as: copying, faxing, scanning, and filing documents
n
• Support dealership staff with other tasks as needed
n

Automotive Support Specialist Qualifications

n
• Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and ready to take on a variety of tasks
n
• Customer service, admin, or office support experience is a plus but not required
n
• Experience in automotive, retail, hospitality, or service industries is helpful
n
• Strong customer service and organizational skills
n
• Willingness to drive to different locations as needed
n
• Eagerness to learn and be trained in dealership processes
n
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
n
• Professional and friendly demeanor when speaking with customers
n
• Ability to work listed hours, based on needs of the position and business
n
• A valid driver’s license is required
n
• Clean driving record and meet insurability guidelines

Full-Time Schedule: Monday – Friday, and Saturday

Hours: Monday (9am – 5pm); Tuesday (12pm – 8pm); Wednesday: OFF; Thursday: (9am – 8pm); Friday: (9am – 5pm); Saturday: Hours Vary; Sunday: OFF

Hours may vary based on customer appointments and dealership hours; must have the ability to work flexible hours based on the needs of the business

Automotive Support Specialist: $22-$25/hour
Compensation will be based on performance and experience; pay ranges may vary from displayed amounts
