Automotive Support Specialist

In this role, you'll work out of our Schaumburg and Elk Grove locations. What You'll Do As an Automotive Support Specialist, you’ll jump into a little bit of everything - providing great customer service, handling a variety of administrative tasks, driving to a variety of locations, and embracing the fact that no two days are ever the same. This role is perfect for you if you’re motivated and eager to learn. Automotive Support Specialist Responsibilities Drive to various locations for errands, document drop-offs, and deliveries, as directed by the Manager; his may include customers when necessary. Provide exceptional customer service both in-person and over the phone Assist with administrative tasks, such as: copying, faxing, scanning, and filing documents Support dealership staff with other tasks as needed Automotive Support Specialist Qualifications Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and ready to take on a variety of tasks Customer service, admin, or office support experience is a plus but not required Experience in automotive, retail, hospitality, or service industries is helpful Strong customer service and organizational skills Willingness to drive to different locations as needed Eagerness to learn and be trained in dealership processes Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment Professional and friendly demeanor when speaking with customers Ability to work listed hours, based on needs of the position and business A valid driver’s license is required Clean driving record and meet insurability guidelines What We Offer 401(K) with employer match Major Medical & Dental (50% employee paid premium) Vision Voluntary Benefits (Accident, Critical Illness, Disability, and more) Life Insurance Paid Time Off Employee vehicle purchase discounts Career advancement Full-Time Schedule:

Monday – Friday, and Saturday Hours:

Monday (9am – 5pm); Tuesday (12pm – 8pm); Wednesday: OFF; Thursday: (9am – 8pm); Friday: (9am – 5pm); Saturday: Hours Vary; Sunday: OFF Hours may vary based on customer appointments and dealership hours; must have the ability to work flexible hours based on the needs of the business Automotive Support Specialist: $22-$25/hour Compensation will be based on performance and experience; pay ranges may vary from displayed amounts We are looking for qualified, quality people who are ready to start their career within our family.
