Receptionist Job Responsibilities
- Working directly with customers either by telephone, electronically, or face-to-face
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries by phone or email
- Complete tasks promptly
- Answering the phone and representing the company well
- Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource
- Assist with social media, E-Bay experience preferred
- Able to complete necessary data entry associated with customer billing/invoicing.
- Budgeting experience preferred
- Recent and relevant experience in a receptionist/administrative position or a similar environment
- Able to provide references
- Willingness to undergo a background check & drug screen
- Willingness to take skill assessments as needed
- Dedicated, passionate attitude from someone wanting to make a difference in their job
