Receptionist Job Responsibilities
Working directly with customers either by telephone, electronically, or face-to-face Respond promptly to customer inquiries by phone or email Complete tasks promptly Answering the phone and representing the company well Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource Assist with social media, E-Bay experience preferred Able to complete necessary data entry associated with customer billing/invoicing. Budgeting experience preferred Requirements to include:
Recent and relevant experience in a receptionist/administrative position or a similar environment Able to provide references Willingness to undergo a background check & drug screen Willingness to take skill assessments as needed Dedicated, passionate attitude from someone wanting to make a difference in their job Strong computer skills Benefits of working with PrideStaff:
