The Role We're looking for a Full-Cycle Technical Recruiter to own the hiring process from sourcing to close for high-caliber research and engineering talent. You'll partner directly with hiring managers, engage deeply with niche candidate pools, and play a critical role in scaling our technical teams.

You'll partner directly with hiring managers, engage deeply with niche candidate pools, and play a critical role in scaling our technical teams.
What You'll Do
- Own end-to-end recruitment for Research teams, and other specialized technical roles.
- Source world-class talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, Juicebox , and other platforms-plus academic channels, publications, and conferences.
- Develop and execute data-driven sourcing strategies to target niche AI research talent.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, success profiles, and evaluation criteria.
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines, nurturing long-term relationships with passive talent.
- Manage interviews, candidate experience, and offer negotiations to close top talent in a competitive market.
- Track recruiting funnel metrics and provide data-driven insights to optimize hiring velocity and quality.
- 4+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, ideally in AI/ML, research, or deep tech.
- Proven track record sourcing and closing research-focused candidates (e.g., AI scientists, ML engineers).
- Expert use of LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, Juicebox, and other sourcing tools.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to measure, analyze, and improve recruiting performance.
- Comfortable with deep research into niche technical fields, publications, and academic networks.
- Work directly with founders from DeepMind and top AI research backgrounds.
