The Position

The Interim Director of Risk Management will be responsible for the oversight of day-to-day risk management, quality, and compliance initiatives. The Interim Director of Risk Management will oversee approximately 5+ FTEs and will strive to find healthcare trends while providing clinical and risk management guidance to ensure quality patient care. Seeking an experienced Risk Management nursing leader who will be well-equipped to lead initiatives throughout multiple campuses while implementing process improvement strategies as needed. Ideal candidates will be collaborative leaders who will develop, maintain, and foster positive working relationships and will lead onboarding and training initiatives throughout the department. Must be available to start within 23 weeks of acceptance.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree is required. Active D.C. RN license is required.

Compensation Details

Compensation Range: $160,000 to $165,000 annually. The final compensation rate will be determined based on experience, education, training, location, internal equity, and budget considerations, in accordance with Fair Market Value evaluation. Additionally, some candidates may be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, depending on the specific role, including but not limited to health insurance coverage and retirement benefits. The listed base compensation range represents a good faith estimate of potential earnings at the time of this job posting and may be subject to future adjustments.
