Location: Austin, TX (Hybrid)
Assignment Type: Direct Hire
Compensation: $55,000$65,000/year
Work Schedule: MondayFriday, 8:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m.
Benefits: This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).

Addison Group is partnering with a respected organization that is seeking an experienced HR professional to join their team.
Job Description
This is a key role supporting the organization's HR operations, specifically focusing on employee benefits, leave coordination, HRIS maintenance, and compliance-related tasks. The selected candidate will work alongside a collaborative HR team and serve as a resource to employees for benefits-related inquiries and support.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage employee records within the HRIS system, verifying that all data related to job status, benefits, and compensation is current and accurate
- Facilitate employee benefits processes, including new enrollments, plan changes, and coordination with third-party providers
- Serve as a knowledgeable resource for staff inquiries regarding benefit options, retirement plans, and annual enrollment procedures
- Administer leave programs, including medical leave, ADA accommodations, and FMLA requests, ensuring proper documentation and tracking
- Partner with payroll and external vendors to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to benefit deductions and payments
- Ensure compliance with applicable federal and state regulations related to employee benefits and leave management
- Produce HR-related reports and assist with recordkeeping to support audits and internal processes
- Work cross-functionally with other departments to ensure benefit-related transactions and invoices are processed promptly and accurately
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in benefits administration
- Working knowledge of benefit plans, leave laws (FMLA, ADA), and related compliance practices
- Strong attention to detail with excellent follow-through and problem-solving skills
