Accountant

Are you an experienced accountant looking to bring your skills to a dynamic, high-touch environment? Join a collaborative and fast-paced Seattle-based team supporting ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families.

About the Role:

As an Accountant, youll take ownership of full-charge bookkeeping and financial reporting for a range of clients. This includes managing general ledgers, tracking cash flow, coordinating bill pay, and preparing key financial documents. Youll also serve as a day-to-day point of contact for both clients and internal teams, helping deliver white-glove service in every interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain general ledgers and reconcile investment and bank accounts
• Manage accounts payable and coordinate bill payment schedules
• Prepare monthly and annual reports, including 1099s, W-2s, and net worth statements
• Support audits and tax filings through detailed recordkeeping and reporting
• Communicate regularly with clients, their representatives, and internal departments

What Were Looking For:

• 5+ years of full-cycle accounting experience
• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Ability to adapt quickly to new accounting software and systems
• Excellent attention to detail, discretion, and a client service mindset
• Experience across any industrya financial services background is not required

Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship needs.
