Analyze sales, customer, and product performance data across channels and categories to identify trends, variances, and growth opportunities

Create and distribute clear, concise sales reports and dashboards that support decision-making across leadership and sales teams

Aggregate and analyze retailer POS and retail inventory data to support accurate demand planning and forecasting

Collaborate with Supply Chain and Finance to support annual revenue planning and customer forecasts

Manage sales performance reporting, including outbound sales productivity and compensation tracking

Monitor and report on sales quota attainment by rep, account, and channel; highlight performance gaps and improvement opportunities

Partner with IT to automate recurring reports and dashboards using tools like Power BI

Build financial and sales models that evaluate program profitability and forecast customer demand

Support ad-hoc analytical needs to drive business agility and strategic initiatives

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field

• 2+ years of experience in a Sales, Business, or Financial Analyst role

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; strong ability to work with large, complex datasets

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills with excellent attention to detail

• Effective communication skills with the ability to explain complex data clearly to a range of audiences

• Experience with Salesforce, Power BI, and data visualization tools preferred

• Excel modeling experience a plus

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
