The ideal candidate will be proficient in operating MRI equipment, ensuring patient safety, and producing high-quality diagnostic images in a collaborative healthcare environment. Key Responsibilities: * Perform MRI scans according to physician orders and department protocols * Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout the imaging process * Operate and maintain MRI equipment, including coils and accessories * Review images for diagnostic quality and accuracy before submission to radiologists * Maintain accurate documentation and patient records * Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals * Adhere to hospital policies, safety standards, and infection control procedures Qualifications: * ARRT certification in Radiologic Technology with MRI credential * Active license in Virginia (if applicable) * Minimum of 2 years recent MRI experience in a hospital setting * Current BLS certification * Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently * Excellent communication and patient care skills Contract Type: * Travel assignment
