Job Summary
This role is primarily responsible for supporting the General Accounting team in processing and managing the general ledger and related accounting transactions in preparation for periodic review and reporting to corporate. The role involves close interaction with all departments within the business, and other entities worldwide.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
The essential functions of the job include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Accurate and timely processing of journal entries
• Maintain schedules and reconcile Balance Sheet accounts
• Timely preparation of monthly AR & AP reports
• Perform bank accounts reconciliation
• Preparation of weekly and monthly cash flow reporting
• Support internal control requirements including but not limited to documentation of procedures and processes
• Ad hoc support to manager / FD as required
• Other duties as assigned
  

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (CPA, CIA, or CISA preferred).

Minimum Requirements
Education & Training

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (CPA, CIA, or CISA preferred).
  

Skills/Experience

• 2+ years of experience of with financial accounting or controlling
• Proficiency in MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Ability to analyze, understand and summarize financial data
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and report writing skills.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and financial reporting tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
